The Skyward Permission Form must be filled out and signed by your supervisor prior to an account creation. Once received, the Student Services Office will contact you with your login credentials as soon as they get you set up!
Skyward is the Student Management System used in our district, which houses a child's scholastic career for the time they attend Battle Creek Public Schools. Established in 1980, Skyward currently serves more than 7 million students in 21 states and municipalities worldwide. Skyward's World Headquarters is located in Stevens Point, WI, with branches in two other states. District administrative users of Skyward are provided with an opportunity to join their state's User Group, where among other things, there is an annual conference filled with announcements, learning, and fun!

Use your iPhone or iPad as a magnifier
You never know when you’ll need a closer look. Luckily, the phone in your pocket might have an accessibility tool just for the job.
The Magnifier app includes a camera to capture what you’d like to magnify. Freeze the frame, then zoom or adjust the image to get a clearer look. Save the image to your photo library once you can get a good view.

Exploiting current events
Recently, as protests flared in Nepal, bad actors infiltrated cyberspace to hook a few new victims. Hackers sent out convincing emergency response notifications promising updates to the situation, when all they delivered were impersonations of the country’s leaders along with malware that gathered sensitive information.
Essentially, bad actors and hacker groups can prey on sensitive situations and push spoofed sites, all while banking on non-technical users acting before thinking. Stop, think, and seek out trustworthy sources on your own.
