1. Brief description and aims of module:
This module allows you to engage with industry through project briefs set by professional, outside agencies.
You will be expected to develop your practice and technical textile abilities alongside furthering your creative and innovative design processes, within a contextual framework which includes intellectual property rights.
Typically, at midway point you will present your progress to a staff member and a digital portfolio of your work will be submitted online to the team/s.
The project will conclude with a presentation of your portfolio of work to the visiting industry panel.
To conclude you will present a reflective statement, which states your project evaluations and starts to define your intended textile intentions.

You will be led by industry professional who will set the brief and critique the outcomes.
