1. Brief description and aims of module:
The module aims to:
Introduce you to the in-depth exploration of specific theatre and performance themes, movements and practices;
provide you with increasingly advanced critical skills that allow them to analyse and interrogate relevant theatre and performance themes, movements and practices;
develop your abilities to identify and enact self-driven research and performance skills
2. Outline syllabus:
This module examines specific theatre and performance themes, movements and practices. In any given year, the module may focus on a particular theatre and/or performance topic. You will be invited to engage in in-depth explorations of the specific theatre and/or performance theme, movement and/or practice, developing their critical and performance skills as well as their abilities to develop their own projects.
