In our High School Theatre class, we will have a semester or entire year to explore the many aspects of educational Theatre! We will focus on building skills we touched on in 7th/8th grade theatre and improve our abilities in improvisation, pantomime, voice and diction, acting and interpretation. We will focus on character-building in both comedic and dramatic roles and continue to hone our talent in ensemble and small group scenes. Each semester will culminate in a production where elements of theatre design will be explored (costumes, makeup, props, lighting, set design and sound).
