Message from the Principal
February may be the shortest month of the year, but it will be filled with many events!!! Our students just finished their mid-year MAP assessments. In a couple of weeks, every student will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a teacher to review their results and discuss goals for the second half of the school year.
Our students will also be able to enjoy two different school-wide presentations this month. The first presentation is brought to us by “Rachel’s Challenge”. More information will be sent home regarding this presentation in the near future. The second in-school presentation will be when our middle school drama club will perform Newsies for our school. Over 80 students have been involved on stage and behind the scenes to bring this show together and we are very excited to see the final product. A huge thank you goes out to all of the parents, guardians, and friends who have also volunteered their time and supplies to support this production.
Today, the groundhog predicted an early Spring…..and after the crazy weather of January, we’ll see! We have officially entered the second half of the year, and there’s still lots to do! We are eager to continue this journey together!
