Exam results are issued via Focus, please check the key dates page for the exact date and time.

Staff are available to give any support or guidance on result days from 8.00am until 4.00pm.

Post Results Services & Vocational Resits
Post Results Services
After receiving your exam results you are able to appeal by applying for post results services.
All information regarding services available, costs, deadlines and how to make an application can be found here.
We would advise if your university place is not at risk then request access to script and review this yourself before submitting a review of marking request.
Vocational Resits
Vocational students are able to resit external examinations at certain points of the year while at college.

Certificate Collection
Certificates are not issued by exam boards until after all post result queries have been completed nationwide.
Centres do not receive these until Mid-November at the latest.
Once processed these will be sent 2nd class post to the home address held by Barton Peveril College with the exception of first year vocational certificates.
Vocational students returning for their second year can collect their year one certificates from the exams office during their course.
University/employer need a copy before this date: If your university or employer require evidence of qualifications before this dates we can provide you with an letter confirming grades and a copy of results slips, signed by the exams team.
Moved since leaving college: You need to email the exams office confirming your new address by 15th November. This email must come from your Barton Peveril or personal email address which we hold on record. We will not accept any emails from any other person or account.
Not received my certificate: If you have not received your certificate by 31st January of the following year from results, e.g. January 2026 for Summer 2025 results, please contact the exams office.

Replacement Certificates
If you require a replacement certificate follow the links below to order directly with the exam board. If you can't remember the exam board/s please contact the exams office including the qualification names and year achieved. This must be from your email we hold on record.
