Opening hours by telephone arrangement!

Check-in and check-out are usually free of opening hours, as a housemate can help out. In general, however, your check-in depends on the previous room rental. If this does not end until the morning of the same day, the apartment will then be cleaned and provided with fresh bed linen, towels etc., which usually takes about three hours. If you would like to use the accommodation earlier, for example to store your luggage, we will be happy to make an arrangement. Please also contact our local staff directly and in good time.
The check-out is usually free of opening hours, as a housemate can help out. In general, however, your check-out depends on the start of the subsequent room rental. If these take place on the same day, a final cleaning and furnishing of the apartment with fresh bed linen, towels etc. will take place at lunchtime and which usually takes about three hours. If you would like to use the accommodation for longer than 11 o'clock, for example to store your luggage, we will be happy to make an arrangement. Please also contact our local staff directly and in good time.
For all matters concerning your stay in the accommodation that we can improve, you are also welcome to contact our online property management. We can often help you remotely, especially in the event of problems. As we are a small company, there are usually no long waiting times for a response. It is important that you choose as direct a channel as possible for your communication. Experience has shown that we can ease many difficulties more quickly if you have the information about your stay ready in advance or provide it when you contact us.
Frequently occurring problems can fall into the following categories:
Technical problems with: such as: WIFI, electrical kitchen appliances or the functioning of other technical devices in the apartment, such as air conditioning or heating
Money problems such as: my debit cards do not work as expected, I have run out of cash or there are differences in the prices displayed between the booking platforms and the accommodation.

There are uncertainties and handicaps in personal transportation
In all emergencies, you are also welcome to send an SMS to the international telephone numbers provided, as this route is not usually used and does not often appear to be overloaded. We would therefore ask you to first use the other channels with a sufficient waiting time, we have not connected an external call center for cost reasons, which we would like to leave as it is and pass this on to you as a price advantage.
