First Floor

The first apartment we would like to offer is on the lower floor.  It is located directly next to the house entrance.

The one and a half room apartment offers sleeping accommodation for a maximum of four guests in one room. There is a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for two people each. Adjacent to the bedroom there is a kitchenette and a high table with chairs in a dining alcove with fridge and freezer.

The technical equipment is sufficient to cook complete meals yourself, as you would expect from an apartment. Guests comment that the apartment is comfortably furnished and suitable for relaxing. It has two windows overlooking the sidewalk and parking on Minas street.

The apartment is a self-contained unit and has its own access and key. Due to its location on the first floor, it is particularly suitable for people who find it difficult to climb stairs.
