Testing in the School
Date: 2/25/26
The ACT will be held at Barnesville High School in the Old Gym at the start of the day. Registration letters will be sent out closer to the test date.
At Barnesville High School, the Juniors will have an opportunity to sign up to take the ACT in the early spring. Seniors who would like to retake the ACT are welcome as well to register. Your school counselor will communicate details in the winter time.
The ACT test score will provide you with information about progress toward college readiness and it widely used by colleges in making decisions about admission. It is a required test for most four year colleges. Students who take the the ACT will be able to share their ACT scores with up to four colleges or universities for free.
