Office of the Assistant Director

Function

• Oversee the crafting and implementation of the R4DE plans, operations, activities, and outputs of the technical divisions (PDD, PMELD, KMISD and AFD) to ensure its integration and harmonization with the Bureau’s goals and strategies.

• It shall also establish and maintain the linkage and coordination of the technical divisions with the Office of the Director and other units; and provide the required reports/updates and recommendations to the Office of the Director.

• Represent the Bureau on behalf of the Director, in attending meetings, workshops and other activities that require the Bureau's participation

• Serves as the Secretariat of the Mancom together with the OD

• Assist in all major activities of the OD and in the performance of its  functions.
