General
Quotes are available once a desired quantity is provided via the request form. For general price ranges, click on any of the items in our Item Catalog.
Items ordered through Marketing and Communications must fall in line with brand standards set at the time, including colors, fonts, logos and designs.
Certain items are also subject to quantity minimums that will be expressed at the time of the requested order. We strongly recommend ordering at least 15 shirts at a time.
If apparel – either standard or custom – is sought for clinical use, the requester must consult with Human Resources to ensure that the item is in keeping with Baptist Health’s dress code. Items already approved for clinical use may also be outlined by Marketing and Communications.
Before ordering, items must be approved by a supervisor in the Requester’s office, department or unit. The supervisor’s name must also be stated as a point of contact should there be a need for additional information.
Turnaround & Deadlines
Materials requests should be submitted four weeks in advance of the desired fulfillment date to allow for pre-order requests, design, processing and delivery.
Order deadlines must be expressed in order for Marketing & Communications to deliver the item on time in advance of the related date, event or function.
Rush delivery may be available depending on the item, but is considered only on a limited basis.
Pre-designed templates and logos, listed as options during ordering, are available at the time of the order. Allow up to two weeks for the production of custom designs.
Facilities, Departments & Units
Designs for facilities, departments or units must be chosen from a catalog/selection of branded designs outlined by Marketing and Communications.
Facility logos can be included on requested items. Department- or unit-specific graphics are generally not allowed.
T-Shirts/Apparel
Custom Designs
Custom designs are reserved for Baptist Health-sponsored or supported events and programs. A program is generally defined as a service apart from a facility, department or unit. In those circumstances, the designs must still offer the health care system’s look and feel, and be an upstanding representation of the organization.
Requesters seeking event or program materials must work with Marketing & Communications to establish the appropriate design before ordering.
Ordering
Order confirmation is only granted once a quote and design are issued by Marketing & Communications to the requester and approved.
Charge numbers or accounting details are required to submit the final order.
At the time of ordering, the requester may ask for an estimated delivery date and tracking information. Related information will then be provided, if available.
