Any time a communication is being delivered through the use of a presentation, the look should always be a strong reflection of the Baptist Health brand. When creating a presentation, use the approved slides as the foundation for any messaging. Doing so will ensure that the brand is properly represented throughout the communication.

Any of the below document templates can be found in the Template Gallery on Google Docs or may be copied by:

1. Clicking on the desired template.

2. Going to File > Make a copy.

3. While copying, change the folder location to My Drive or a shared folder that you have rights to save in.

4. Rename your document and edit your copy.

To use one of the below backgrounds for your computer desktop or Google Meet, right click on the photo and select "Save Photo As." 

Depending on your computer's settings for video calls, you may need to flip the image.
