The Romanov's were on the White army as well as the monarchs (the side of capitalists were on the Red army)

The community suffered a great deal due to the white army, the community didn’t trust the Romanov's to protect them because when the town invasions happened and the white army ruined houses and tortured innocents, the Romanov's didn’t stop it.
It's the bolshevik flag (the red army) it's also how the bolshevik showed their separation from the romanovs.

it’s the White army fighting the Red army, it shows how the white Stalin (White army) charged the red dragon (Red army). The words “За единую Россию!” Is a direct translation to “for a united Russia!”, meaning that the White army is meant to unite Russia instead of separating it. It’s important due to the fact that it shows what side the White army is on.
