How do I reserve the clubhouse?
Contact our property management company, SUHRCO Residential Properties, LLC. You can email Myron Monson, our Senior Community Association Manager, at myronm@suhrco.com or Julie Bergman, Community Association Assistant, at julieb@suhrco.com. The cost is $25. There is a $100 deposit that is returned when the clubhouse is left in the same condition as your walk-through before your event.
