SUHRCO Management Company

Balaton has contracted with SUHRCO Residential Properties, LLC to handle day-to-day management and maintenance of common areas. Our SUHRCO property manager, Myron Monson, should be contacted with any facility-related emergency or maintenance issue. He may also be contacted regarding the payment of monthly assessments, clubhouse reservations, and the replacement of lost common-area keys. You can also contact Julie Bergman, our Community Association Assistant.
