Hillary Boyce - President and CEO

Ms. Hillary Boyce is BAFO Services, LLC's President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). She comes with over 20 years of experience in the procurement, execution, and management of government contracts. Her experience includes ownership and acquisition of her own small government contracting business, where many government services related contracts were awarded. She also got certified as a Master in Business Development through  MBDi. Ms. Boyce is a U.S. Army veteran, serving as an Engineer in the National Guard before entering the active Army and serving in the 3rd Infantry Division. She resides in Norfolk, Virginia, and has a 22-year-old son. She attended college at the University of Maryland (Europe and Asia Division) focusing on Business Administration. She has a Certification in Acquisition and Procurement through Tidewater Community College (TCC) and is currently enrolled in Law School at Regent University. 

Ms. Boyce has spent years focusing on the services for wounded soldiers, survivor care, and military personal work experience with the operations and managing critical tasks within the U. S. Army Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations and U. S. Army Physical Disability Agency.

Today, she volunteers in her local community while serving on the Board of Directors with the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Hampton Roads chapter and Women in Defense (WID). She currently serves as a business coach for the Honor Foundation (THF), a unique transition institute created exclusively for Navy SEALs and the U.S. Special Operations community.

Ms. Boyce was the 2016 awardee for the Emerging Star award and was the 2017 awardee for the Stellar Award, both with the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce. These awards were for exceptional federal suppliers who have shown exemplary growth and are positioned as leaders in the contracting community.

She has a passion and love for helping small businesses achieve their growth goals within the U.S. Government contracting industry.
