This video demonstrates how to create a simple voice recording using the iPad camera. Students listen to the voice recording as they look at a paper copy of a test.
Directions for creating a voice recording using the iPad camera.
1. Select the iPad camera. Toggle to video.
2.Hit record and read the test with the iPad camera facing toward a flat surface.
3.Stop the recording. Make sure it is no longer than five minutes.
4. Find the video in the camera roll. It will look like a black screen.
5.Upload the video to Google drive.
6. Once it is uploaded to Google drive, you can attach the video to an announcement in Google Classroom.
This is a paid app called, Explain Everything. In this app you can upload a PDF of the test and use voiceover and a pointer to read the text as you go. On the paper copy of the test (see second image below) that all students would receive, you can write specific times during the video that the question occurs.
