Sports Physicals FAQ:

Q: Can I get a sports physical from a chiropractor?

A: No - Sports physicals must be completed by a MD, Physician Assistance, or Nurse Practitioner.

Q: How long is the physical good for?

A: All sports physical are good for one year following the date they are performed.

Q: Can I give the physical to my coach?

A: No - Coaches will not accept physicals. Physicals can be turned into any of the following places only:
