Each school year student athletes and their parent/guardians are required to complete the online clearance at Athletic Clearance Website to participate in school sports.
This allows our head coaches access to student athletes emergency contact information after school hours.
Students can apply this to any/all sports they are interested in each school year.

Who can fill the online clearance?
The online athletic clearance should be completed by the parent/guardian. Students can complete this only if given parent/guardian permission to do so.
I don't have a computer to complete this, what are my options?
You can complete this right from your phone, you an also use your students school issued Chromebook to complete the online clearance.
I already completed this last year, why do I have to do it again?
This must be completed each school year. All online clearances reset for the new school year.
I'm not great with technology, what other options do I have?
You can contact the athletics office to schedule an appointment by email Cougar_Athletics@avusd.org, who can assist you M-F from 7am - 2:30pm. Students can get help during lunch or after school.
