What is D-Lab?

D-Lab is a workshop environment for innovators to express themselves through electronic and mechanical arts. They bring objects of the imagination to life with their hands, using microcontrollers and basic principles of sensors and actuators (motors and lights)...as well as on the screen through coding games, 3D modeling, and digital video compositing.

Design Thinking powers the work in D-Lab, scaffolding an iterative process that places the users' needs and experiences at the center of innovation.
