Due Dates for the 2023-2024 School Year
Depending on whether a user has the profile of staff, , elemstudent, msstudent, or hsstudent, they may have due dates imposed at certain times of year. These dates are intended to help up maintain a healthy understanding of where materials are and how we can get them back.
Inventory Info
Key Points regarding inventory:
You have 1 calendar month to do inventory.
1 calendar month = the 1st to the 29th, 30th, or 31st of Sept, Oct, Nov, Feb, or Mar. Dec = 1st to the 22nd and Jan = 8th to the 31st
You may choose August but you are agreeing to complete your inventory in fewer days than if you chose a different month.
Same goes with months that have holiday, December especially…
Laptops checkout for a two week period, not the full month.
You’ll need to be strategic about borrowing extra laptops.
You will also need to make a plan to come get them/pick them up at LMC located at Metz (84 Robert T. Martinez Jr, 78702). If laptops are out at schools, we will try our best to get you as close to your school as possible for pick up or drop off.
