The Google Chrome browser must be up-to-date before joining a session. Please check that you have the most current version of Chrome so that you do not encounter technical issues while testing.
Click on the vertical dot icon to open the drop down menu
Click on the Settings option
3. A new tab will open up with the Settings screen.
4. Select “Privacy and Security”. It is located as the third option on the menu.
5. Below the Google Chrome logo you will find your browser “Checking”, “Updating”, or “Up to Date”.
**Please note, if Chrome needs to update this can take time. Once the update is complete, the browser may close and you will need to restart Google Chrome.
Please allow enough time for updates prior to testing.
Clearing your cache and restarting your computer are helpful troubleshooting methods while using the web version.

5. Click “Clear Browsing Data”
6. In the “Basic” Tab, click the down arrow next to the “Time Range”. Select “ALL TIME”
7. Click the “Clear Data” button.
8. Close Google Chrome completely, and then restart the browser.
