 ABOUT THE ACC RTF INTERNSHIPS

CC RTF DEPARTMENT CHAIR CHRISTIAN RAYMOND SENT THIS OUT TO ALL ACC RTF STUDENTS - it's a great overview for students considering taking RTVB 2388  INTERNSHIP- Radio & TV Broadcasting Technology/Technician class.

Looking or thinking about an internship for fall semester? There are many opportunities out there right now!

About the Internship Class: Learn how the class is laid out with responsibilities, projects/assignments, and partner opportunities.

RTF Internship/Job Search Tools: A list (but just one list, including Handshake listings) of resources in one place to help.

For PBS paid opportunities, visit Austin PBS and email your application asap directly to Julianna Kolk at julianna.kolk@klru.org.

For ACC-TV paid internships, visit acctv.com

About Industry Resumes: After you've created the basic content of your resume if you haven't yet, find and use a resume template (such as through Adobe Creative Express) to help develop a creative "look" and approach (keeping it to one page!), as is a regular practice for creative industries. Make sure your e-query is short, sweet, and proofed thoroughly.

Good luck!
