How do I get my ACC employee ID card?
Faculty and staff should receive information on how to obtain their ACC Employee ID Card from Human Resources upon hire. Faculty and Staff needing a replacement ACC Employee ID card should visit the Campus Manager’s Office or the Employee Identification Cards website for more information.
All TA's information has been sent to Security to get door access added to your badges. See Kayla (RTF AA) if you are having issues
Timesheets - NEW PROCEDURES F24
Timesheets are submitted through Workday. Enter your hours all at once THE DAY BEFORE A PAY PERIOD CLOSES. When a pay period closes, you cannot add any hours to the timesheet. If you missed sending in your timecard, or left hours off, email the RTF Admin Kayla Perez Micaela.perez@austincc.edu

Items found in each room during class hours should be brought over to Hecto Gonzales' (RTF Studio Manager) office - back hall next to Equipment Check out. After 5, lock up the item whatever room it is found in, then get it to him next day. Put a post it on the item w date found and room found in.
Something Broken or Missing?
If a piece of equipment has an issue, put yellow tape on the item's boo-boo, then fill in the MANILA REPAIR TICKET (on the wall near doors of studios) . Tie the top half to the outside of the case, put bottom half in the pocket at Brian Urban's door.
PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH CREATING A SUPPORT TICKET.
Any other issue - PUT IN A SUPPORT TICKET.
We would rather have multiple support tickets than assume someone else has told us about it
