Pick one of the following that meets your needs:
Establish Norms or Guidelines (See examples below)
Create discussion slides to guide your community meeting
Set up your meeting by signing in on the website
Send the student directions for how to log in to ZOOM (See example below)
Click on "Manage Participants "
Click on "More" in the bottom right
Turn OFF or UNCHECK:
"Allow Participants to unmute Themselves" this way you can can control who is speaking.
"Lock Meeting"
CHECK or TURN ON:
"Mute Participants on Entry"
"Lock Share Screen" so students can share to the meeting without your permission
"Allow Participants to Rename Themselves"-Our students will need to adjust their names since it will recognize their Google Account as their ID numbers (Maybe something to have them do before entering the meeting)
SHARE:
Allows you to share your screen with your students
Two Options:
Share "Desktop"-share entire screen with all tabs with students
Share "Application"-share only one tab or application at a time
