Marching Band: About Us

Welcome to the Arcadia High School Marching Band and Color Guard website. The AHS Marching Band is directed by Mr. Kevin Sherrill and Mr. Tom Plunkett. The band competes in local and regional field tournaments and band reviews, and is consistently recognized as one of the most successful programs in the area. Additionally, the band has made an unprecedented 18 appearances in the Rose Parade, travels annually to WGI Percussion and Color Guard World Championships in Dayton, Ohio and has performed in Washington, D.C., Chicago, Utah, Florida, Hawaii, and more. Most recently, the Arcadia Marching Band appeared in the 2022 Tournament of Roses Parade, the 2023 Chicago Thanksgiving Day Parade, the 2026 Tournament of Roses Parade & the 2026 National Independence Day Parades in Philadelphia, PA July 3rd and Washington, D.C. July 4th!
