Fall & Spring Fundraisers
Students can cover the fees for replacement materials, shirts and field trips, including the Music in the Parks Festival, by participating in our fundraisers. There is no cost to students/families to participate in our fundraisers. Students will receive fundraiser information packets prior to each fundraiser period. Students receive credit for a portion of the items sold, which is typically 40-50%.
Fees for Loss Or Damage
All other financial obligations acquired over the course of the year, such as lost or damaged music or folders, lost or damaged combination locks, instrument damage, etc. must be paid before the end of the school year. Students cannot graduate with an unpaid balance on their IC account.
Students are responsible for properly locking and securing the combination locks for their instrument locker. Replacement locks cost $10, and will be charged to your IC account.
IF YOUR SCHOOL-OWNED INSTRUMENT IS LOST, STOLEN OR BROKEN BEYOND REPAIR, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPLACEMENT COST.
