EAOP will be providing transportation from the AUHSD District Office and lunch will be provided in one of their dining halls. They will also be hosting an application lab where students will be able to get started or receive assistance on their UC Applications with them.

This course focuses on the exploration of major health issues and behaviors in the various dimensions of health. Emphasis is placed on individual responsibility for personal health and the promotion of informed, positive health behaviors. Topics include nutrition, exercise, weight control, mental health, stress management, violence, substance abuse, reproductive health, disease prevention, aging, healthcare, and environmental hazards and safety. It is transferable to CSUs.
*Per AUHSD policy, freshman & sophomores must complete COUN 140 before taking any other Dual Enrollment course*
