With everything going on in the world, it has become more important to take time for ourselves. Self care is exactly what is sounds like, taking care of yourself. It's anything you find joy in or anything that relaxes you and helps recenter and reground you. Whether you work everyday or take care of your family, practicing self care is essential. If you don't have the time for yourself, it may be necessary to schedule it. It sounds silly, but you are worth it.
