Recommended Books for Third Graders
Third graders will have their AR goals for the year by the second week of school. Most students need to be earning about one point per week. Third graders will need to read at least 20 minutes a night in order to reach their goal.
We have three AR cut-offs for the year: (Dates for 23-24 school year coming soon.)
*Sometimes students have a hard time taking AR tests because they can't remember the title of the book or they don't know how to spell it. To help your child keep track of books they need to test on, we have provided a small space on your child's Weekly Calendar for the title of their book.
