This page is dedicated to providing you with updates on the steps and preventative measures the team at the Atlantic Tower Motor Inn will be undertaking to ensure that the safety of our guests and staff are not compromised.

2021 COVID-19 UPDATE

  • Our reception office is still closed to ensure we are keeping contact between staff and guests to an absolute minimum, and handling concerns over the phone as much as possible.

  • Our receptionists are on-site from 9:30am-6pm daily; though you may always not see them, they are working hard behind the scenes (i.e. behind the closed shutter doors) to ensure we continue to provide fantastic customer service while staying physically distant. Furthermore, our in-house number (08 7100 1314) is open 24/7, with staff only being a short drive away to provide prompt on-site assistance outside of business hours where required.

  • On the other hand, while daily servicing is temporarily paused for the above reasons, we do conduct services for long-stay guests (6+ nights). Extra amenities and linen are happily provided upon request any time receptionists are on-site - simply call our in-house number (provided in reception, in the lift and in rooms).

  • Apart from the above measures in place, we are sanitising check-in equipment, door handles on the ground floor, lift buttons and the check-out box daily, while keys are sanitised upon return before handing to the next guests. Our housekeepers are following rigorous and strict cleaning procedures when checking out rooms, and as much as possible in services.

  • We apologise for any inconvenience any of these new measures may cause, but we hope you understand that we are doing this as the health and safety of our guests and staff are our utmost highest priority.


Parking Permits

  • A green parking permit is attached to the key that drops from the kiosk when you check-in. This is to be placed on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times when parked next to the motel.

  • If you require an additional parking permit, you may collect a parking permit from locker number 7 in the ground floor foyer.

    • To get to the locker, when you exit from the lift, turn immediately to your right into the corridor. On your left you will see 2 rows of lockers. Locker 7 will be unlocked for your convenience, and will contain some parking permits. Please ring us at 7100 1314 if you have any queries.

We now have a number of day bookings available for your convenience.

Workspace Hire

  • Available for those who are unable to work from home due to distractions, slow WiFi, etc.

  • Available between 9AM-6PM

  • 9th-11th Floor Tower Rooms with Balcony only

Day Use

  • Similar to the above, however you may use the room for whatever you need. This includes use of the bed and shower, which is not available with the Workspace Hire

Your Stay during COVID-19

Reception is staffed remotely

• Call us on 7100 1314 for any assistance you may need

• We regularly have staff on-site, or just a short drive away

Room daily servicing is on hold

• If you need towels / amenities / minibar, please call us and we will deliver items to you door while housekeeping is underway

Glassware and Crockery

• If you choose to wash any glassware or crockery, please do not put it back in the cupboard. We sanitise all these items before replenishing rooms

Takeaway Food

• Lots of local restaurants have been forced closed
