Our reception office is Open from 9:00AM to 7:30PM. For 24/7 assistance, please dial 08 8294 1011. 

Housekeepers are on-site every day, please use the magnetic cards behind the door if a room service is required.

Check-out

11AM CHECKOUT EVERYDAY

Check-out later than 11AM (Subject to availability and incoming arrivals), Contact reception as far in advance as possible.

Keys

The coloured key fob opens your room as well as the front entrance after hours. 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building including motel rooms. Smoking is only permitted on balconies with the sliding door closed. Any evidence of a guest smoking in their room will incur an additional night's room charge, plus the cost of any professional deodorisation. 

If smoking in room or tampering with detectors results in the fire department being called out, this cost will be directly passed on to the offending guest. Each room's detector is directly traceable. 

Luggage Storage

Luggage can be stored securely and free of charge at Reception.. If checking out before 9.30am but needing to store luggage, please reach out to reception.
