Reception

Our reception office is closed for social distancing, however our reception and housekeeping staff are still working onsite everyday. For 24/7 assistance, please dial 7100 1314.

Housekeepers are on-site every day, while receptionists are onsite between 9:30am - 12:30pm and 3pm - 6pm.

Check-out

12PM CHECKOUT EVERYDAY

Check-out later than 12pm or half-day hire is available for a fee. Contact reception as far in advance as possible.

Keys

The coloured key fob opens your room as well as the front entrance after hours.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building including motel rooms. Smoking is only permitted on balconies with the sliding door closed. Any evidence of a guest smoking in their room will incur an additional night's room charge, plus the cost of any professional deodorisation.

If smoking in room or tampering with detectors results in the fire department being called out, this cost will be directly passed on to the offending guest. Each room's detector is directly traceable.

Luggage Storage

Luggage can be stored securely and free of charge at Reception.. If checking out before 9.30am but needing to store luggage, leave your luggage packed in your room, to be moved for you and stored at Reception.
