Registration is held during a designated period prior to the beginning of each semester.
A Hold Order prohibits a student from enrolling/registering. If a student has a hold order, it will appear in his/her AISIS account. All hold orders must be settled before the designated schedule of online registration.
The complete registration process involves:
Enlistment in advised classes
Payment of assessed fees
ID validation
Detailed registration procedures are released prior to each semester's registration schedule.
It is done through the Ateneo Integrated Student Information System (AISIS). By logging in to aisisonline.ateneo.edu a student can enlist in classes, assess and pay tuition online, update student information, view pertinent school information including his/her Individual Program of Study (IPS), grades, class schedules and important announcements/notices.
It must be noted that classes should be advised in the student's Individual Program of Study (IPS) before registration.
Online enlistment is done by batching. Students may enlist only during their enlistment batch schedule.
It is performed if a student is unable to register during the designated schedule for regular online registration.
The Load Revision Form (LRF) is the official record that documents the changes requested by the student after the registration period. It is used for the following:
Addition of Courses
Withdrawal from a Course with Permission (WP)
Change Section
Change Status from Audit to Credit
Change Status from Credit to Audit
Starting Intersession 2020, online payment facilities or contactless payment is encouraged to ensure safe transactions for all parties involved.

The Office of the Registrar evaluates scholastic documents of international students. In this process, educational history of students coming from diverse educational systems is analyzed, proper sequencing and transfer of credentials is ensured, sufficiency and validity of credentials is checked to ensure eligibility for admission. The Office of the Registrar also coordinates with the Office of International Relations (OIR) in preparation of requests for student visas and other related concerns for endorsement to the Bureau of Immigration and/ Department of Foreign Affairs, monitoring of international students documents such as validity of Visa, Passport, etc. and controlling the release of communication and documentation required for International Students.
