The Office of the Registrar now issues official electronic documents.
Standard document requests include transcript of records, certifications (i.e., enrollment, graduation, English as a medium of instruction, course description, candidacy for graduation, etc.), English translation of diploma, etc.
Students/graduates with hold order/liability should be cleared by concerned office first before the request will be processed.
A graduate student on a provisional status may not be issued official documents pending the submission of admission requirements.
Document requests may be sent to registrar.ls@ateneo.edu using the student/graduate's @obf.ateneo.edu email address.
To facilitate verification of records and processing of requests, the following details must be indicated in the e-mail:
Student/graduates complete name as reflected in school records, year of graduation/last school year enrolled, and degree/course
Details of request- type of document, number of copies needed and purpose.
Payment for local requests shall be made through online fund transfer or bank deposit through any BPI branch.

Note on payment made abroad:
Additional bank charges related to the telegraphic transfer at bank of origin (cost of postage/foreign bank fee/wire transfer/taxes, etc.) shall be shouldered by the requesting party.
Requesting party would need to wire an additional US$ 20 to the assessed amount for documents as provision for the service fees charged by local banks/financial institutions for remittances to the Philippines.
Requesting party e-mails a scanned copy of the deposit slip or screenshot of the fund transfer confirmation before the document is released/mailed out.
If the student/graduate is unable to attend to the transaction himself/herself, he/she must provide a letter of authorization to his/her representative with a copy of his/her valid ID with picture and signature and a copy of his/her representative’s valid ID with picture and signature.
Electronic documents are released only through registrar.ls@ateneo.edu to the requestor's identified email address recipient.
