The Physical Education Program aims to develop motor skills that are essential for students to enable them to perform various physical activities. The area transmits major values through participation in various Physical fitness routines and activities allowing them to deal with the daily demands of real life and enabling them to become men for others and contribute to nation building.
The program, inspired by skill-level specific physical exercises and activities, also aims to address the variety of psychomotor developmental needs of every student by tailoring activities to the students’ skill level and allowing students to discover activities that will suit their needs.
The program focuses on developing motor skills that require powerful and fast movement such as jumping, skipping and dynamic balance to prepare students for various sports activities. Basic Strength and Conditioning programs, application of different modes of training and its incorporation with life skills will also be emphasised. This is to take advantage of gradual increases in the motor skills and cognitive development of the students, while also continuing the values development of our Junior High School students.

Through participation in these sports, students will also develop essential life skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, resilience, and sportsmanship, learning to overcome obstacles, work towards common goals, and cultivate a growth mindset, ultimately applying these values to achieve success both on and off the court.
