This is the name of the file that will be uploaded into the DLMS, so it should relate to what the resource is--generally this will be the resource's title.
Acceptable file formats for upload:
PDF document
MP4 video file
MP3 audio file
Do not include any special characters in the filename. Special characters are defined as * , ' " ( ) $ # % ^ & !
There should be no spaces between words.
Put underscores between the words in the file name and keep the type of file in the file name.
Example: file_name_example.pdf
Tip: Only upload (1) file at a time - File size must not exceed 250 MB

Make sure to include all languages that are included in the resource.
When tagging foreign language material, do your best to use terminology that a native speaker would use.
Tip: Double-checking spelling is always good practice when working with foreign languages.

You may need to research the country that the resource originated from or pertains to, in order to ascertain in which collection it would most appropriately be included.

The resource is meant for a global/general audience - not specifically relevant to any one country.
Note: In some cases, resources that are country-specific or community specific can still be relevant for a global audience because they may still contain information that can be easily adapted - use your discretion and weigh the cost vs. benefit of including the resource as a "general educational" resource.
The resource is meant for school teachers or children - specifically Kindergarten through 12th grade
The resource is meant for parents of students

Follow tagging guidelines as you normally would for resources that are videos.
Remember, MP4 is the only acceptable video file.
Videos should be below 250 MB in size, otherwise they will be too big to access offline by users.
