At the conclusion of your internship, you are required to submit a 5-page report. The 5-page minimum does not include the required cover sheet. This report must be signed by your industry mentor and your faculty mentor/advisor (Thesis, Ph.D., and all IE students). Make sure you make arrangements with your industry mentor to review and sign your report prior to the end of your internship. Your mentor can approve your CPT report with a signature or with an email confirming they have read and approved the report. You must follow the CPT Report guidelines for your program:

• Software Engineering

• Robotics and Autonomous Systems

  • RAS students must submit their report by clicking on the CPT Report Submissions Dropbox link and uploading their document. Before uploading the document to Dropbox students must save their document as Affiliate ID number – RAS MS. (i.e. 1234567890 RAS MS).
