Faculty Hoteling
We have many spaces available to you at West Campus! See below for more information:
Where? 3rd floor on the south side of the FAB building between HR and the Mary Lou Fulton Teacher’s college.
**There are workspaces in the center as well as rooms on either side that can be reserved through the tablet next to the room. Click here for specific information.**
The CONHI request will only show downtown because it is technically the only one controlled by Edson . However to gain access to our suite in the FAB building, just leave the building blank and put the FAB suite in the details so that it is known you need access to our space at West.
When? If you plan to use the space earlier than 8am or after 4:30pm, you will want to request access to the building (Faculty Administrative Office Building) and the floor (3rd).
Additional Information: Restrooms and break area are near HR on 3rd floor and available for use. Hoteling space also has refrigerator/microwave. There is a Keurig located on the first floor, FAB N171 breakroom. In the cabinet above are coffee Kcups, as well as creamer and sweetener (all labeled Edson College).
Printer
Before setting up the printer, be sure you have access to the 1st floor of the FAB. The printer is located on the first floor of FAB, room N111.

Classrooms
Buildings automatically unlock at 0700. Many classrooms have physical locks, and facilities comes through and unlocks classrooms early in the morning.
If your classroom is locked, contact facilities at (480) 965-3633.
