Student Success Intervention Tool: Faculty Resources and Feedback Survey 

IRB approval has been obtained to collect faculty feedback regarding the use of the Student Success Intervention Tool. Faculty input will help evaluate how the tool is being implemented and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement and faculty support.

All faculty utilizing the Student Success Intervention Tool — including clinical, experiential, and didactic faculty — are encouraged to review the resources below and complete the feedback survey.
