Technology Resources
Below you will find information regarding Elsevier, ATI, Canvas and other technological resources.
Elsevier
Elsevier houses e-books/textbooks and SimChart resources.
You will meet with the Elsevier/Evolve team at Faculty Skills' Day
An ASU email address is necessary to set up an account. Please note that your ASU email is not available until your first day of orientation.
STEP 1: Guide to setting up your initial Evolve account
If you are new to ASU and did not attend the Faculty Skills' Day, please contact Robert Bitsui at robert.bitsui@asu.edu to request a code for textbook access.

STEP 2: Access resources to use your Elsevier/Evolve account
**For SimChart access, please contact the Experiential Coordinator for the course**
ATI Resources
ATI is a useful platform for both faculty and students. ATI houses supplemental material for what is being covered in didactic courses. ATI also offers student testing that mimics NCLEX style questions. Finally, ATI is the resource students use to prepare for their Experiential courses.
STEP 1: Create a faculty ATI account if not at Day 1 Orientation.
**Required for all faculty, even those only doing clinicals**
STEP 2: Email Michelle Bialkowski once you have set up your account if you were not present at Orientation.
**Necessary to convert your account to a faculty account**
STEP 3: Review the resources available
STEP 4: Review the policies and data related to the use of ATI at ASU
Canvas
Canvas is the platform in which faculty and students access their courses. Faculty, in particular, set up their course shell, post assignments, grade, and more through Canvas. We expect all faculty who are new to navigating Canvas to take the Edson Canvas Essentials course: Edson Canvas Essentials
If you need to be added to the Edson Canvas Essentials course, email your ASUrite or ASU email with this request to Aaron Kraft at aaron.kraft@asu.edu
**Your Course Coordinator (experiential), Course Lead (didactic), or Teams Coordinator (clinical) will need to grant you access to your Canvas course shell**
