Clinical Faculty Resources
All clinical faculty and students must meet the health and safety requirements as determined by our clinical partners. Both MyClinicalExchange and Castlebranch are used to facilitate this process. All requirements MUST be completed 30 days prior to the start of a faculty member's assigned clinical rotation.

Level 1 non-IVP fingerprint clearance card via Arizona Department of Public Safety
If you have a non-IVP Level 1 card, it must be active
