I believe teaching is about more than just giving information; it’s about helping students understand and apply what they learn. I aim to create interactive and hands-on lessons so students can stay engaged and learn by doing. I focus on breaking down complex ideas into simpler parts, making learning easier and more enjoyable. I want all my students to be successful, so making an inclusive environment where everyone can grow and learn will be best. 

Values, Goals, and Beliefs

I value every student as an individual with unique strengths and needs. My goal is to help each student succeed, not just in school but in life. Learning should be meaningful and connected to real life so that students see its value. I want to create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to try their best and are not afraid to make mistakes. Classrooms are meant for students to grow an learn, while feeling safe and supported by the teacher and staff at that school, I strive to have that fir all my future students. 

Classroom Management

A well-managed classroom is essential for effective learning. I believe in establishing clear rules and expectations right from the beginning, so students know what is expected of them. Mutual respect is the foundation of my approach. I work to build a trusting relationship with my students by showing them that their voices and contributions matter. When challenges appear, I address them calmly and fairly, focusing on solutions rather than punishment. I use discussion to help students understand the impact of their actions and encourage them to make better choices. My goal is to create a positive and supportive environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn.
