As you get started in your program, we've created the Grad Kit – your online learning resource for graduate programs. The modules in your Grad Kit provide a consolidated set of relevant, prioritized materials to provide you with the information needed for your successful transition to online graduate studies at ASU.
There is no cost to register for the Grad Kit, and you'll have access to this kit throughout the rest of your graduate program.
The iPOS functions as a degree audit with GOEE and ASU Graduate College and has no connection to registration or course seats.
The iPOS link can be found when you log into myASU, and view the area labeled "My Programs and Degree Programs".
Important areas to note:
You may review your individual program requirements by reviewing specific degree pages within this website.
You may also utilize the iPOS guide to assist you with how to successfully complete your iPOS.
A minimum of 30 credit hours of graduate level coursework is required on your iPOS, though your program may require more.
Please ensure that you have included your culminating experience (this may be in the form of a capstone course).
You will receive an email when your Plan of Study receives final approval or if it has been denied.
Please update your iPOS, students will need to submit by the end of the second semester.
Students may defer their initial term of admission to the next term through their My ASU page by using the Request Change link. If you have registered for a class after being admitted to the program, then your deferral cannot be processed. You must first drop all your classes and then request the deferral.
The deadline to request a deferral is 11:59 PM (AZ time) on the session B drop deadline (see academic calendar).
