Platform Party

College of Global Futures faculty are invited to participate in the platform party at the college's convocation. Platform party members must be in proper graduation regalia. To participate in the platform party, please register here -- only registered faculty will be able to be seated on the platform as there will be designated seating. The deadline to rsvp is December 9.

Attending but not as part of the platform party

Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend convocation, even if they are not part of the platform party (regalia is not required if attending as part of the main audience).

Regalia

• Rent

  • Rent online through College Graduation Products by Herff Jones (by November 1)

  • If faculty miss the deadline, the Tempe bookstore will have regalia to rent

  • Please note, rented regalia will be ASU colors, not the colors from the school where your degree was conferred.

• Purchase

  • Purchase regalia at the following site Academic Regalia | College Graduation Attire (herffjones.com)

• Borrow

  • It's recommended that faculty rent or purchase regalia, but the College of Global Futures has a limited number of regalia sets that can be borrowed if needed. Priority is given to faculty who have a lead participation role in graduation ceremonies. Please email CGFgraduation@asu.edu with your request.
