There are thousands of digital resources for all dimensions of wellness through Blogs, Instagram pages, Facebook groups, and podcasts.
Directions: To your right are suggested sites explore some different digital wellness resources. Choose one resource that appeals to you and your interests regarding wellness (can be in the form of a Blog, Instagram page, Facebook group, or podcast). Utilize the resource, whether you go through posts, readings, comments, or listen to a podcast episode. Be prepared to discuss the following with your coach in this week's meeting.
