The relationship with your Coach is best described as a partnership; you will both be working together to get the most out of this course. As a student taking the course, you'll need to be open to self-evaluation, reflection, and to articulating your thoughts & desired outcomes. Don't rush through the tasks. Take your time to navigate through the content and let it digest before applying it to your own circumstances.
Coaches will guide conversations and keep discussions focused on specific objectives. Although your Coach is not here to tell you how to balance your life, he/she is committed to your success and will collaborate with you in moving forward to achieve an improved school-life balance.
There will not be quizzes or "points" awarded in this course, but in your weekly Zoom meetings, your Coach will provide you personalized feedback on your responses to tasks within the units and on any perspective shifts you articulate. Your Coach may also leave relevant written comments on the shared Google Doc before or after each weekly meeting.

Zoom is a free software. You'll need an Internet connection and a web browser. It is recommended to use a headset with microphone for the best quality, but you can also use the microphone in your laptop. After clicking on a Zoom meeting link, you'll be prompted with a quick download if you haven't used it before.
Please see the End of Course Survey link at the end of the course.
