Academic Portfolio Management is a strategic approach to nurturing academic relationships with key stakeholders – including EdPlus internal teams, ASU leadership, colleges and schools within the university, and third-party partners. Our key activities include:
Maintaining a deep understanding of the unique priorities and challenges related to ASU Online’s academic program, research initiatives, funding sources, and decision-making processes.
Building long-term relationships with stakeholders through active engagement and open communication.
Conducting timely research and needs assessments, developing strategic plans, and generating customized solutions to address unit needs.
Adapting data-driven approaches to assess impact and inform decision-making.
Recognizing the success of stakeholders as a measure of our own.
The Academic Portfolio Management team is made up of Program Managers (APMs) who serve as the main point of contact between ASU units and EdPlus. Additionally, EdPlus oversees student management and course management services for ASU Online programs. These groups work collaboratively to provide strategic support to ASU academic units.
