The right of the students to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records, to documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to student government funds shall be afforded to the student, subject to the limitation as may be provided by law. Maintaining transparency in the Supreme Student Council records upholds accountability, builds trust, and encourages active engagement among the student body.
