The right of the students to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records, to documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to student government funds shall be afforded to the student, subject to the limitation as may be provided by law.  (2022 SSC Constitution and By-Laws, Article III)
