The BISCAST-Supreme Student Council is recognized as the highest student governing body within the institution, dedicated to promoting the interests and general welfare of all students and the school. Our mission is to support and protect students' rights to quality education, and aid in developing their character, behavior, and values essential for fostering a peaceful and harmonious society. Additionally, we aim to boost the morale of every student, encouraging them to exercise their rights and privileges freely and to embrace their responsibilities as members of the student council.

Just as the sunrise heralds the beginning of a new day, casting away the darkness and illuminating the world, we, the BISCAST-Supreme Student Council, strive to bring forth new opportunities, champion student's rights and welfare, and light the path for our fellow ASTeans as we move forward to a smart university.
