The Gender-Responsive Student Dress Code Policy has been officially approved during the 49th Regular BOT Meeting held on July 16, 2025, at Bicol University. Set to take effect in A.Y. 2025–2026, the policy allows students to wear uniforms aligned with their gender identity, including the option to cross-dress within prescribed standards.

On August 1, 2025, SSC officers participated in the initial FY 2026 Budget Consultation at the BISCAST Board Room. The SSC raised key student concerns, including improved ventilation, better learning facilities, and stronger academic support. These inputs aim to ensure a student-centered budget. The SSC remains committed to ongoing dialogue and action for the welfare of all ASTeans.
